affectionately known as "Weedie" was a pillar of strength for all who encountered her.  She never met a person she didn’t try to help in whatever way she could.  Rosie was the kind of woman that kept your secrets, while still correcting you if you were wrong.  She gave encouragement in your darkest hour, while genuinely celebrating you in every accomplishment.  No matter if it was supporting your dreams or being a listening ear, My aunt Rosie embodied the definition of this movement.  Therefore, we support you, while honoring her with the Rosie Williams Scholarship.  Any woman with a financial need seeking to further her education is welcome apply.
